At first, it is somewhat reserved, but it gradually opens up, revealing aromas of dried peach, apricot jam, and delicate honey notes that fill the glass. The palate is medium to full-bodied, supported by well-balanced acidity that gives the wine structure and freshness. Flavours of juicy ripe peach and exotic mango come to the fore, complemented by a subtle hint of pleasant bitterness. A rich yet highly approachable sweet wine, with a distinct expression of Tokaj’s unique character.
